Feedback:

“Radar Claims Management currently deals with all our non-liable insurance for all fleet vehicle accidents, personal and commercial claims. We don't have a huge administration team ‘in-house' and without Radar Claims Management offering us professional support at no direct cost to the business, these tasks would simply not be dealt with.”

Peter Maybury, Director – 1 st Impression Signwriting, Cardiff

“Having a serious physical accident in work has damaged my future career prospects and earning potential. I wasn't interested in jeopardising my chances of returning to my existing job and didn't want to bankrupt my employer. Quite simply, Radar Claims Management talked me through the process and listened to my case without pressuring me to act; the whole situation has been dealt with professionally and ethically.”

Mr. Billingham – Caerphilly, South Wales

South Wales Argus, Business Update Supplement, Wednesday 7 th February 2006

Radar Claims Management is a partnership, dealing primarily in insurance claims management for vehicle, personal and work related accidents; the business deals with cases and partners across the whole of the UK . Dispelling the myth that you have to have ‘Legal Cover' on an insurance policy, Radar Claims Management can handle the whole claims process at no cost to the claimant if you're not liable, organising medical or requirements to repair and/or legal support.

Initially, ICT advice made sure the business successfully installed a wireless network and broadband facilities for correspondence and this was shortly followed by on-site eCommerce support.

Partner, Matthew Salmons makes clear, “We don't want to be labelled as ‘ambulance chasers' and needed a professional image to attract genuine domestic and commercial clients. An adviser helped us through the Web development process. Our site looks great, has relevant content and above all should generate enquiries.”
